By definition, Catalyst is a science, philosophy, and art, an integrative system of education for the body to create and carry out peaceful strategies of wellness.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Catalyst Scientific?
Catalyst is scientific in that the field of science acknowledges that:
1) the nervous system is the main coordinating system of the body
2) the nervous system adapts to (learns from) its environment
3) the more coherent a frequency, the more it influences frequencies less coherent
Science is limited in its ability to confirm or deny things that go beyond the measurable, physical world. Catalyst facilitators use an outcome assessment survey to monitor and document the effectiveness of Catalyst. Although this process of documentation is termed "soft" in the scientific world, in Catalyst this form of gathering data is essential.
To the trained Catalyst facilitator, what matters most is the participant's reported quality of life improvements. Often, satisfying "hard" scientific standards lowers the effectiveness of Catalyst. People affiliated with Catalyst are surprised that the work remains under the "non-scientific" heading. The field of science gets to determine whether or not Catalyst is scientific. The people, however, determine for themselves that Catalyst is effective.
Over 98% of Catalyst Participants report that Catalyst is moderately to significantly effective in supporting quality of life improvements. The extremely large percentage of people who report improvements suggests that Catalyst is not just a subjective success but an objective success as well.
