FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does Catalyst Speed Up the Healing Process?

Healing is a paradigm that, for most people, implies that something is fragmented or broken and needing fixing. If you examine healing closely, you will recognize that it is often based on a faulty paradigm. That healing paradigm contributes to the factors that keep people from expressing their greater ranges of themselves.

Some of the most brilliant people on the planet speak about healing in a way that implies something is wrong, as if they do not know the negative implications of that assumption. Even accepting the fact that many people, brilliant or otherwise, are at different levels of awareness, participating in a faulty healing paradigm remains a non-supportive contribution.

We are all whole, always. In Catalyst, we use the term "Forward Healing" to denote the Thriveapeutic practice of stepping well into each new phase of life. Labels have a large influence on our psyche. Are we needing healing? The conventional healing paradigm has many people longing for things outside themselves, searching externally for answers that actually lie internally. With that external type of healing paradigm, health is conditional.

Can Catalyst speed up the healing process? Yes, but only as people become aware that nothing needs healing. With this newer nothing-is-wrong awareness, "healing," in the classic sense, spontaneously occurs. Forward Healing, however, is an on-going process, one that recognizes that emerging is both continuous and necessary for thriving.
