Home is a place people recognize and remember. It is a place of peace and of being fully present. Catalyst begins with home in mind. It supports the movement toward home, toward embracing the intelligence of life as a compass pointing home.

Catalyst works with life's intelligence to support the expression of more peace and freedom throughout the body. It recognizes that the neurological system of the body is a receptive-based system that continually learns from its experiences. One of the most important functions of the nervous system is to integrate all of its experiences into one "home" of understanding.

As a means of peacefully influencing the neurological system, Catalyst encourages the body to allow the wisdom of life to support itself through the body. The body then learns new ways to support itself, mainly enhancing the ability to: 1) perceive gentle stimuli and 2) respond gently to stimuli.
