CertifiED FACILITATOR's Agreement

I recognize that the name "Catalyst"® is a registered trademark.

I recognize that the use of the title "Certified Catalyst Facilitator" (CCF) is reserved only for CCFs.

I understand the title of "Certified Catalyst Facilitator" may be revoked due to noncompliance with this agreement.

I will maintain and support the integrity of Catalyst®, the Catalyst® name, and the Catalyst® wellness objectives at all times, especcially as they continue to emerge.

I will NOT name or treat conditions of any kind while practicing as a CCF.

I will practice Catalyst® ethically, as stated in the Catalyst® Code of Professional Ethics.

I will clearly communicate the main objective for receiving Catalyst®: enhancing wellness, well-being, and/or quality of life.

I will never suggest Catalyst® to be an alternative for people receiving or considering medical or psychiatric care.

I will relate all procedures I use during a Catalyst® session directly back to Catalyst® teachings, not using any Catalyst teaching in a therapeutic manner, but instead as a thriveapeutic resource.

I will align myself with the latest revisions of Catalyst® through class attendance or qualified correspondence.

I will complete at least 12 hours of Catalyst® instruction (class or correspondence course) per calendar year to maintain my "current" status as a CCF.

I understand I am given a grace period of one calendar year to complete the previous year's continuing education requirements and maintain my "current" status.

I understand that going two consecutive calendar years without completing at least 12 hours of Catalyst® study is automatic revocation of my "current" status and loss of the privileges that go along with that status.

I will inform the Director of Education of changes to my personal information (name, address, phone, etc.)

I will only use the terms "Certified", "Catalyst", and/or "Facilitator" (CCF) when identifying myself as a Catalyst.

I will not align or attempt to align Catalyst® with any religious sect or political organization.

I will not make claims regarding Catalyst® being superior over other methods that attempt to improve quality of life.

I will clearly make it known that opinions I share regarding Catalyst® are merely my personal opinions.

I will practice Catalyst® with the understanding that I choose to use Catalyst® as a vehicle for serving people with excellence as a Catalyst.

I will practice Catalyst® with humility, and respect the inner wisdom that resides within each person.

I will always strive to serve the principles of Catalyst® and never an ulterior motive.

I will never use manipulative tactics to "lure" people into receiving Catalyst®.

I will not "impose" Catalyst® or its concepts onto anyone but, instead, gently "offer" my Catalyst® services for people to accept or decline.

I will - to the best of my ability - support the unique, creative expressions of the people I serve.

I will use the quality of life survey to quantify reported quality of life improvements.

I understand certification may be revoked at any time due to noncompliance with any part of this agreement.
