Amala is a passionate student of life, honored to support your process of self-realization. She brings a positive perspective, a strong intuition, and a joyful, loving presence. Amala delivers Catalyst gently and respectfully, facilitating the connection to your body's wisdom.
Amala is the site coordinator for Absolute Wellness, and the Vice-President and Treasurer for the Association for Catalyst. She is both a Certified Catalyst Facilitator and a Certified Catalyst Instructor who holds her Master's Degree in Education. Amala is also the co-author of The Prayer Book.
